Most grocery stores offer plastic bag recycling. If the Ziploc or sandwich bag you're looking to recycle is labeled #2 or #4, place it the plastic bag recycle bin, which is typically located at the front of stores near checkout lines. Be sure your bags are clean and dry before placing them into a bin.

Recycling Locations

TIPS:

• Store small objects using your old Ziploc bags
• Previously used bags can be re-purposed as cold packs by placing a sponge in them and storing them in your freezer
• Keep your electronic devices dry by placing them in an old Ziploc bag when near liquids
