Glass bottles and jars are accepted in your weekly recycling bins for curbside pickup. But acceptable types can vary by city. Check with your city waste hauler or on their website for details regarding your area.

Reuse

If your glass bottles and jars are still usable, you can donate them to local thrift stores or secondhand stores such as Goodwill and Salvation Army. Bottles and glass jars make creative crafts for gifts or use as vases and other purposes around the home.
